Functionality of this Template
I don't think we should make pages using this template. We should look into ways to preload using this template, but making a page this template makes it significantly harder to edit. Templates should be used for parts of pages, not the page itself.
Whoever wants to tackle using a template like this as a form or pre-load, here's some documentation:
